#Installation

Install skills using the skills CLI:

# Install the CLI
npx skills

# List available skills in this repo
npx skills add faqndo97/ai-skills --list

# Install all skills globally
npx skills add faqndo97/ai-skills --global --all

# Install a specific skill
npx skills add faqndo97/ai-skills --skill ruby-on-rails

# Install to a specific agent
npx skills add faqndo97/ai-skills --agent claude-code

#Installation Options

Flag Description
-g, --global Install to user directory (~/[agent]/skills/) instead of project
-a, --agent Target specific agent (e.g., claude-code, cursor)
-s, --skill Install specific skill by name (use * for all)
-l, --list List available skills without installing
-y, --yes Skip confirmation prompts
--all Install all skills to all agents

#Installation Scope

  • Project (default): Installs to ./[agent]/skills/ - shared with your team via version control
  • Global (-g flag): Installs to ~/[agent]/skills/ - available across all your projects
