#Installation

#Prerequisites

  • PHP 8.0+
  • Composer
  • MySQL
  • Node.js & NPM

#Setup

  1. Clone the repository

    git clone https://github.com/ekramasif/Inventory_Management_System.git
cd Inventory_Management_System

  2. Install PHP dependencies

    composer update

  3. Install frontend dependencies

    npm install

  4. Configure environment

    cp .env.example .env
php artisan key:generate

  5. Create a MySQL database named IMS, then run migrations

    php artisan migrate

  6. Start the development server

    php artisan serve

  7. Visit http://127.0.0.1:8000
